Genesee Valley Transportation announces that their long time Vice President, Mechanical, Don Colangelo will retire as of August 2021. Don has been with the railroad for over 25 years and has looked over a locomotive fleet that has grown from 10 locomotives when he joined the company to greater than 50 locomotives today. The entire GVT Rail team would like to wish Don a long and happy retirement. His insight, camaraderie, and vast knowledge will be greatly missed.
