Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Line service revised due to COVID-19

Beginning Monday, April 6th, NJ Transit will adjust its Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) service to operate on a weekend schedule to accommodate essential travel due to the decline in ridership related to COVID-19. The weekend HBLR schedule operates service approximately every 20 minutes.  NJ Transit will be utilizing the multi-set light rail vehicles whenever possible to provide the largest passenger capacity available, allowing our customers to practice social distancing.   • Newark Light Rail weekday service is operating on a SATURDAY schedule
  • RiverLINE weekday service is operating on a SUNDAY/HOLIDAY Schedule
