Testing and repair of the overhead wire infrastructure in the trolley tunnel is ongoing, and progress continues, but some problem areas remain that need to be resolved before the tunnel can safely reopen. SEPTA expects the tunnel to remain closed for another week, at least until Sunday, December 14.
