Metro North has unveiled the eighth locomotive in the railroad’s Heritage Series—a moving tribute to our nation’s veterans. Created and designed by Metro-North veterans, this locomotive embodies our gratitude to those who have worn the uniform, both within the Metro-North family and across the country. The Veterans locomotive will be on public display at Grand Central Terminal tomorrow, Veterans Day, and on Wednesday, before entering passenger service at the end of the month.
