HAVE A QUESTION? If you contact us by e-mail regarding your subscription, be sure to give us
your full name and mailing address, with ZIP code, not merely your e-mail address. Also advise
us your method of payment. We must have your complete name and address and payment info
so that we can research your request.
MOVING? We must have your current, accurate mailing address in order to send you your
magazine. If you move, you MUST provide us your new mailing address in writing or by e-mail
PRIOR to your move. Notifying the Post Office of your new forwarding address does NOT
provide forwarding for SECOND CLASS MAIL, such as magazine subscriptions, nor does the
Postal Service provide us with your new mailing address information.
If you move and fail to advise us of your new mailing address, your magazine is RETURNED TO
US with $1.70 postage due, as per US Postal Regulations. When this happens, your
subscription is immediately suspended until you advise us of your new mailing address.
If you still want the missing magazine(s) which were returned to us postage due, kindly remit
$3.50 per magazine for postage due and postage for remailing.
